I offer counselling and coaching for adults and teens (16+), creating a grounded and supportive space to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore the beliefs, emotional patterns, and stress responses that may be holding you back, and work towards practical steps that restore clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

For teens and young adults (16+), coaching offers a supportive space to understand who they are becoming and what matters to them. Together we explore strengths, interests, values, and emerging identity so they feel more prepared for conversations about pathways, study options, and early career direction.

Across all ages, coaching helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward a future that feels aligned and achievable.

About Alex

I’m a qualified counsellor and accredited coach who supports adults and teens navigating overwhelm, transition, and the pressure to hold everything together. With a background in high-pressure senior leadership roles, I understand the realities of workplace stress, confidence challenges, imposter syndrome, executive performance, career progression, and the complexity of transitioning out of corporate life or into something new.

I also work with the personal challenges that sit alongside these shifts — changes in identity, loss of confidence, parenting teenagers into adulthood, and the emotional toll of managing competing demands.

My experience in school counselling, working with uni students and as a parent of teens now transitioning to adulthood, has also given me a deep understanding of academic pressure, uncertainty about the future, school anxiety, and the unique needs of young people as they find their way.

My work focuses on helping people slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and renewed steadiness.
