Overcoming challenges. Finding clarity. Moving forward. ——

Coaching and counselling for adults, adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges and the lasting impact of early life experiences.

Meet Alex

I’m a qualified Counsellor and Coach (Level 2/ICF), working in private practice and pro bono charity-based community counselling, supporting adults and teens (16+) navigating overwhelm, transition, and the pressure to hold everything together.

With a background in high-pressure senior leadership roles, I understand the realities of workplace stress, confidence challenges, imposter syndrome, executive performance, career progression, and the complexity of transitioning out of corporate life or into something new. I also understand and work with the personal challenges that sit alongside these shifts, such as changes in identity, loss of confidence, relationship challenges, parenting teenagers into adulthood, and the emotional toll of managing competing demands.

With additional experience in school counselling, working with university students transitioning to working life, and as a parent of teens now transitioning to adulthood, I have also gained a deep understanding of academic pressure, uncertainty about the future, school anxiety, and the unique needs of young people as they find their way into the workplace.
