I believe seeking support should be straightforward and transparent. Whether you’re looking for counselling, coaching, or a combination of both, sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Complimentary 15-Minute Consultation - FREE

A brief phone or online conversation to discuss what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and see whether we’re the right fit.

Individual Session (50 minutes) – $150

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may draw on counselling, coaching, or a combination of both, depending on what will best support you.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are available either:

  • In person - at rooms on Hampton Street, Hampton.

  • Online via secure video

  • Telephone

Payment

Payment is required on the day of your appointment by EFTPOS or bank transfer.

Private Health Insurance

As an ACA Level 2 Counsellor, you may be eligible for rebates through some private health funds. Please check with your health fund to confirm your level of cover.

NDIS

I welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. If you’re unsure whether my services are the right fit for your plan and goals, please get in touch for a confidential discussion.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
